THE WATER WHEEL, THE SHED, AND THE TREE Water wheels, they’re useful things: When there's water to propel them that is, to drive machinery, to grind corn; you get the picture. This one, however, does none of those things. It is now magnificently ornamental, and can be seen being propped-up by a graciously helpful tree adorned by a winter’s coat, and with a nearby timber shed keeping watch on the whole affair. Perhaps the shed is where the garden tools are kept, or the gardener is keeping warm out of the wintery air.
